Limited Liability Company in Russia

Last year, the World Bank published a global study:

“Doing Business” (Doing Business) in which the indicators of Russia were higher than Japan, Spain, Switzerland. The study included many factors and indices, where, according to many of them, Russia was almost on the highest place in the world,

for example, the procedure for approving the connection to the power supply system is maximally optimized in the Russian Federation in comparison with other European countries.

The most convenient way of doing business in Russia is to register a Limited Liability Company (LLC). The law does not impose high requirements on companies in the form of LLC:

– the size of the authorized capital is 10,000 rubles / 120 euros.

– the founder can be both a company and an individual, including a foreigner.

– the founders’ liability to creditors is limited by the amount of the authorized capital.

– the chief accountant in the state is not required.

Doing business in the form of an LLC is very convenient and as a result it has become widespread in the commercial environment in Russia.
