Foreigners will simplify the registration procedure at the place of stay. It will be possible to do this on «Gosuslugi». The foreigner will need to register in the system. In the case of a foreigner renting a home, he will be able to submit an application in electronic form for registration in the rented apartment. He will also be able to register his minor children.

In the absence of a lease agreement, it will be possible to register, but this requires confirmation of the owner of the housing. A notification will be sent to the owner’s personal account to confirm registration. In accordance with the law, registration can only be made in residential premises.
