Banks will make payments easier for foreign citizens

Sberbank is going to implement a solution for accepting payments from foreign customers. Work is underway to develop a system so that foreigners can make purchases through Sberbank’s acquiring system, the head of the bank said. He stressed that Sberbank will promote the development of Chinese business in Russia.

In addition, Sberbank will help companies from China to develop business in Russia: open and maintain bank accounts of Chinese residents, give them loans for business development. Chinese firms will be able to apply to Sberbank through their Russian companies or representative offices, if they want to get loans as a foreign company.
