The list of products allowed to be imported into Russia under the parallel import procedure, without the approval of the copyright holder, has been expanded.

The list included:

– cosmetics and perfumes of the brands Lancome, Redken, Yves Saint Laurent, Helena Rubinstein, Valentino, Giorgio Armani, Kerastase.

– medical equipment of Miltenyi Biotec company.

Parallel importation was allowed by the Government as a measure against sanctions. The Ministry of Industry and Trade has approved a list of goods for this type of import.

This list includes electrical goods, recording devices, medical equipment, certain types of transport, including cars. The import of perfumery and pharmaceutical products, fur and leather products, fabrics, clothing, furniture was also approved.

The President signed a law eliminating any liability for importers of these goods without the approval of the copyright holder.
